Introduction	Live to Ride. I moved to Cranbrook in the winter of 2008 from Lethbridge, A.B. where I grew up. I didn't know what to do out here. It was snowy and cold. I got in some skiing in the winter months to kill the boredom but it wasn't until the summer came that I really knew that living in the Kootenays was going to be awesome. Without too much riding time in the saddle in Lethbridge I tried my hand at biking around Cranbrook. Life has changed completely since my first ride in the Kootenays way back in 2008.
