| Introduction | What can I tell you about myself? I'm short, I'm in the process of learning Spanish, I have given up trying to clean the peanut butter out of my carpet, and I could EASILY spend an entire day in bed reading and drinking tea. I dislike both coffee and wine, which means that very few memes apply to me. I have two lovely children with large personalities and a shared hatred of wearing pants. I've never seen Star Wars and my biggest goals in life are to write a travel memoir and raise damn good humans. I started this blog so that all the thoughts in my brain have a safe place to go. |
| Interests | In no particular order: travel, tea, books, Zumba, margaritas, freshly sharpened pencils, cooking, my kids, carbs, ranting about Republicans in office, 49ers, quoting 30 Rock, sleeping, and the outdoors, even though I get out in them about twice a season. |
| Favorite movies | I prefer Netflix binges. And The Sandlot. |
| Favorite music | Most things! Lately it's a lot of the Moana soundtrack on repeat with the Ramones occasionally making an appearance. |
| Favorite books | Old and current favorites include To Kill a Mockingbird, Kite Runner, What is the What, Little Fires Everywhere, Half the Sky, Where the Crawdads Sing, Bossy Pants, and any well written travel memoir. |
