Introduction	I started triathlon in 1999 after a neighbour persuaded me to do a sprint event - and haven't looked back! I'm slowly getting quicker and hope to get quicker with each new season. I did Ironman Austria in 2009 to celebrate 10 years in the sport and then completed Ironman Regensburg in 2010 in a new PB time of 10hr33. This year I represented GB at the European Long Distance Champs held in Finland in August (2011), finishing 11th in my Age Group.
