Introduction	This blog is a place for women that plan to start or are currently managing their own business. It is a demanding mission to start a new business in this country, especially with the current state of the economy. Women entrepreneurship statistically has not only helped to promote gender equiality, but has empowered women to become architects of change. As women business owners, we must take an intensive look at ourselves in leadership roles and mentoring to women that are just starting out in the journey to become business owners. We must create networking opportunities for ourselves ranging from young business owners to established, mature business owners even to those corporate and government professionals. All of these networking opportunities will help in taking our business to the next level.
