Interests	I assist small to medium sized businesses in becoming compliant with federal, state & local laws and HR best practices. I work with clients extensively on employee relations issues and help them develop win/win solutions.I also specialize in supervisory training, policy development and EEOC positions statements and ESC claims management. I help business owners save thousands of dollars they might otherwise have to pay in attorney's fees, fines and settlements.
Favorite Movies	The Devil wears Prada, Under the Tuscan Sun, Broadcast News, anything with Cary Grant, Bogart, Katherine Hepburn, Barbara Stanwick, Audrey Hepburn, and anything directed by Hitchcock.
Favorite Music	No favorite, I like a lot of different types of music, however, I really like music that makes you want to move, dance, workout, etc. No depressing stuff.
Favorite Books	I read approximately 3 books per week. My interest is in all types of subjects; personal development, building successful business, modern detective, espionage, skill enhancement, suspense, mystery, etc.
