Introduction	I decided to start The Worthy Girl's Guide as a way to share and inspire other women to see that our worth in who we are as daughters of Christ is much more important than who the world says we are. At the beginning of this journey, I started with the idea that if we set our sights first on seeing who we are in Christ, a healthy lifestyle would follow. But after almost a year of blogging, I realized that rather than adding to and becoming lost in the healthy lifestyle noise, it was more imperative to turn this blog into a ministry for Christ with the emphasis being on the importance of seeking Him in ALL the struggles we face as women. I can only hope that through this ministry, you too, like I, will find that you are a Worthy Girl and it's time to be set free from the chains of the world!
