| Introduction | My name is Nigel A. Godfrey and I am not your typical personal trainer. What separates me from the pack is that I am a vegetarian who practices an all around holistic lifestyle. It maybe cliché but you truly are what you eat. My personal belief is that everything on the planet is here for a reason…so if one gets ill we should look to our mother earth for the solution. With that being said, I am a realist and I know that not all of us are natural so this obviously won’t work for everyone.
