| Introduction | I have a background in the Hospitality Industry, with experience in Restaurants, Hotels, Sandwich Bars Delicatessens and University Catering. Debbie and I moved to the farm in 2004 undertaking a huge move to gain experience at the start of the food chain. We now rear Welsh Black Beef Cattle, Saddleback Pigs and Balwen Sheep as well as keeping Hens for their delicious Eggs. WE acquired butchery skills - Debbies Sausages are some of the best having won many awards over the last few years. We have now started making our own pies and quiches etc from our home reared meats. |
