I worked in Delhi many years in the field of YOGA, and provided group, personal and Yoga therapy for overall well being. I spread Yoga as per teachings & training of Paramahamsa Swami Satyananda & our Guru "Paramahamsa Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati" of Bihar School of Yoga.
