| Introduction | Richard A. Harrison is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stetson University (B.A. 1983) and an honors graduate of the Stetson University College of Law (J.D. 1986), where he served as Articles & Symposia Editor of the Stetson Law Review. He is rated (av) by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Mr. Harrison served as President (2000-01) of the Stetson Lawyers Association and currently serves as a member of the Board of Overseers for the College of Law. The Board of Overseers counsels, advises and assists the Dean of the College of Law and the President of the University in the development of the program of legal education and of financial and other resources. Mr. Harrison is Board Certified in City, County and Local Government Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He dedicates his practice almost exclusively to the representation of local governmental agencies. |
