| Introduction | Julie has been published in John Rosemond's Traditional Parent magazine, Suburban Parent, Irving Parent, and Pleasant Living magazines. She was also a contributing content writer for Practical Parenting, an international newsletter. She has also been published in the Southside Sentinel and Gloucester-Mathews Gazette Journal newspapers. She’s been quoted by the Wall Street Journal newspaper and Mother Earth News magazine as well as Practical Homeschooling’s book “Big Book of Homeschooling." She also published a parenting newsletter for 3 years titled The Informed Parent. She was a researcher and fact checker/proofreader for John Rosemond's book Raising a Non Violent Child, and assisted in writing the index. She’s also a former writer and Managing Editor for Suite 101. She currently assists, on an as-needed basis, author/psychologist Dr. David Stein, who assures she is of sound mental health! She has also written an eGuide for parents, schools, and organizations to deal with bullying, and she was interviewed on-air for a WTKR sement on bullying.
