| Introduction | My name is Kim Mant and I am a fourth year student at George Brown College in Toronto. I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Applied Business- Hopitality Operations Management program. I work in Oakville at the Corporate Training Centre for Boston Pizza as the Restaurant Manager. I have been with the company for eight years now, and I love every minute of my job!!! Despite the challenges that this industry can bring, I love that no day is ever the same. Through my schooling, I hope to gain a strong feel for the restaurant industry, both front and back of house, and to have to opportunity to meet new people and network within the industry. In my spare time, I enjoy horseback riding, spending time with my friends, and playing as much Sudoku as possible! |
