Introduction | I came to Ireland from Seattle via New York and Boston, so my influences are eclectic. I love that wool and alpaca are renewable resources--a marriage of function, beauty, and good sense—and I design for real, healthy women, so I don’t design below size 8/size medium. Colour and texture are king, so all pieces are hand-dyed individually and embellished with care making each piece unique. I use re-purposed silk, beads, crochet, and tweed in my felt creations, glamming up the humble wool. Although I think wool is a rock star in its own right. |
