| Introduction | I'm one of 'those' people. Someone who is living and breathing every parent's worst fear, "What if something happened to one of my kids?" One of my kids was diagnosed with leukemia January 2008 and although her chances for cure far outweigh the alternative, the path we've been forced upon to get her to cure has been littered with both heaven and hell. I am living proof that your greatest fear, whatever it may be, can be faced head on with courage, tenacity, brokenness, endurance, sorrow, strength, despair, triumph and every other human emotion that defines each and every one of us. You may not know that everything you need to survive is already well within you, but I'm here to tell and to show you that it is. This is my journey but I'm pretty sure you'll see your own in it too! Come what may, all will be well.....~j |
