| Introduction | José’s responsibility as a REACH Virginia team member is to promote VHDA’s community lending and relationship-building initiatives to Virginia’s growing Latino communities. He also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Housing and Community Services of Northern Virginia, is a founding member and past President of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and is a member of the VIDA PLUS Leadership Team.
