| Introduction | Hi there! I'm a debut author of the motivational book "The Only Way is Up". I'm also an Internal Medicine MD. I practice outpatient medicine; primary care essentially. I am married and God has blessed my husband and I with a beautiful and smart little girl who is the light of our lives. I have a lot to say about a myriad of issues.
