Introduction	Hello! My name is Joana Galvez and I am the person behind Natural by Joana Galvez. Married to a wonderful man and mother to three children and nine animals: Kira the sprocker spaniel, Molly the cat andthe 7 guinea pigs: Neville Squeakybottom, Percy Weaslepig, Luna Lovefood, Penelopig Clearwater, Ollie, Reggie and Lily Plopper. And yes you guessed it: we are big Harry Potter fans. Born in Spain where I lived half my life before I moved to United Kingdom. In this blog you will find one of my passions which is nutritious home cooked meals. You will also find some personal posts about my family, animals included. Posts about my third passion and business: makeup. And fourth some DIY, crafts posts. We recently moved from London to the countryside and I am in the process of adding personal touches to our house and I would love to show you the before and after pictures.
