Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
expandability. It's important for some people to be flexible-- and that's generally a great quality. But while we have lots of people who are flexible, many can't expand... they can't THINK BIGGER, BELIEVE BIGGER, ACT BIGGER, AND IMPACT BIGGER. I'd like to see more expandable people.
