Introduction	We are natural health fanatics in the eyes of some people...and serial entrepreneurs. I'm the writer...but we are a team in everything, so all our material is a collaborative effort. This food allergy 'thing' is throwing us for a serious emotional loop, it's consumed our lives for the last year. Labor Day weekend of 2010 our little guy had an anaphylactic reaction to a walnut. SO, we are now sifting through options available to help our son. We've had a health team for him for some time...a chiropractor, nutritionist, naturopathic doctor, a chinese medicine practitioner...now, with the new information that he indeed does have a life threatening allergy, we are engaging yet more health experts. We are on a mission to find as much information as we can about how to build his health and keep him as safe as possible. His sensitivities and allergies are extensive (nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, eggs, corn, olive oil, mango, apricot, squash) but we've been able to keep him healthy otherwise...no infections, asthma or other issues. Our focus is on how to build his system, so he doesn't react to foods anymore. We believe his body can be strong and are taking steps to get there.
