| Interests | Music, singing and playing my guitar, songwriting, koi and wakin goldfish and working on/maintaining our 3 ponds and garden, our 4 aquariums, taking care of our 3 precious cats and our fabulous wonderful dog Casey and spending time with my family. | Favorite music | My singing influences have been artists like Sarah Vaughan, Billie Holiday, Carmen McRae, and Nancy Wilson and most recently deceased singer/guitar player Eva Cassidy. For listening I love so many different kinds of music that it's hard to pick a favorite. Current Artists that I think are awesome are Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Norah Jones and if you haven't heard Fergie's debut solo album you gotta! I don't like the rap stuff (like Fergalicious) but her singing is just amazing on the tracks where she actually sings. I also love Damien Rice, The Black Eyed Peas, Lennie Kravits, Nickleback, Aerosmith, and of course my all time favorite band, the best band of all time The Beatles! |
