| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom of a tween. I was blessed to have met my soul mate and have spent the last fourteen years making love and at times war with and have loved every minute of it! I feel so blessed for the life, family and friends God has gifted me with. I live every day as if it were my last and with no regrets. Now as begin to enter my mid 30’s I have this need to live my life to the fullest, by that I mean…to always be grateful for what I have, lend my help to whomever and wherever I am needed, and serve & honor my lord and savior Jesus Christ. This is the year I take control of my health, body, mind and spirit! I’m ready to take control of my health and make a life changing decision to eat healthier and be more physically active. This decision is one of the hardest I have ever made because I truly hate exercise, love sweets and coca-cola! I’m determined not to give up and if I fall out of my routine I will just pick myself back up, get it together and start all over the next day. I know with the amazing support of my husband and daughter I will make a major change in 2010! |
