| Introduction | Cooking came accidentally to me. I came from a large family...actually seven sisters (wow) so when we got together for Holiday's lets just say there were a lot of people. My mom needed help, she couldn't do it all so I started cooking Christmas Eve dinner. Oh what fun I had. Trying new dishes to a family of ever increasing discerning tastes buds. When one of my sisters told me my Beef Wellington, was better then "The Four Seasons" I new I was cooking in a new realm. The possibilities were endless, and so were the holidays. So began my passion...because I love food! |

| Favorite books | If you ever get the chance, try reading "Secret Suppers" by Jenn Garbee. A great book on rogue dinners, people putting on elaborate dinners (sometimes with great wines as part of it)secretly, invitation only. Like having a dinner party for friends AND getting paid for it (to offset the food costs so you can do it anytime you'd like and not break your bank). A very cool way to cook. |
