Introduction	I am 23 years old. 5'10" and I hover around 138-140lbs. I am currently in the midst of my SECOND 15 week cut for NPC Bikini Capstone Classic in San Diego on February 15, 2014. I competed in my first NPC show this past June and placed 6th in the tallest class. JUST missed hardware. Here is a Google Drive Document that gives a basic overview of how I got to where I am now. I am a powerlifter. I lift heavy--squat, bench, deadlift. I follow iifym (if it fits your macros) and "Lean Gains." I hate cardio and prefer to do HIIT workouts 2-3 times a week.
