Introduction	Currently on long-term disability due to neck surgery and nerve damage in left arm. Sitting around sucks! Doctors said it will take about one year for the nerves in left arm and hand to heal. Have been walking 3.5 to 7 miles per day since March 7 and feel good but look goofy in neck brace. It looks like a funnel. Have been reading lots and surfing the tv.
