| Introduction | I am a yoga therapist and healer. Kriya, Tantra, and Kundalini yoga are at the foundation of the systematic approach I have developed to help others improve their health. Currently I am a student of Sufi Imam Dr. Muideen Akimbulay. I love working with all kinds of people to help them improve their health. I'm also a certified personal trainer and teach several group fitness classes at the clubs in my area. The core of my work is private yoga therapy sessions in my home studio.
