The first time you had your shoes taken off - how surprised were you to see that you still had toes?
Very surprised! I wondered what happened to my toes when the shoes were on, but then I forgot about toes all together because I started playing. And my shoes were so pretty and pink I was immediately distracted by the changes. But then, when my shoes came OFF, there were the shoes again and I was distracted once again by the little nubby things that wiggled and wormed.
