| Introduction | I'm a former educator, turned professional baker, returned to educator. My years as a baker/cake decorator gave me an ongoing creative outlet which I loved. I still find great pleasure in creating some new recipe or work of edible art. My friends love it that I like to dabble frequently as they certainly take pleasure in eating my creations. I suppose that makes it a win/win for us both. This blog is my affectionate nod to my hobby.
