Introduction I'm a recreational runner in my 40s & started running 1 year ago. I'd been inactive for about 10 years and became motivated to recover some level of fitness before it was too late. My goal was to run about 2 to 3 miles a couple of times a week. My goal was achieved around May this year and I am currently running 20+ miles a week and feeling very well indeed. Hopefully by recording my training and running-related gibbering this will help me to become a bit more organised with my running and perhaps help me to improve.
