| Introduction | Hello there! My name is Novi. I’m currently being part of the Human Resources team in one of the biggest logistic company in Indonesia. Before joining this company, I was a research assistant in my former university in Jakarta (formerly UMJ). I'm also studying Human Resource Management in Magister Program in University of Indonesia (UI). When I’m not working or studying, I love to write, read, watching some movies, or simply sipping a cup of coffee. I started this blog back then in 2018, but I’ve been blogging from around 2009. Here in this blog, I mostly write about my general view of life, my minimalism journey, or very seldom about travelling. I did some books and movies review, just occasionally. Other than writing, I also love to talk about education and social condition or sometimes rambling about dreams. I currently live in Bekasi, Indonesia.
