| Introduction | I am a mother of two boys and an avid workout partner to my handsome other half. We love fitness, family time and healthy eating. What came before Beach Body? Sluggishness, unhappiness and an overweight physique that affected my self esteem and moods. It affected my children. Why am I real? I am very no-frills, I know my limitations and I make mistakes.
