| Introduction | I went on the Atkins diet after discovering that I had high cholesterol at the ripe old age of 25. For me, it lowered my numbers. These days I am trying more of a fasting/low carb approach. Please note, I'm just a human trying to maintain a healthy way for me to eat. Posting will be sporadic and photos will be real.
