| Introduction | I have wanted to have my own restaurant since I was 16 yrs old. I even went to culinary school to be a more "professional" cook. However, things keep coming up and I've just been putting it off one year after the next. Now I'm a traveling chef sampling foods all around the world and trying to recreate it for my clients. It's a dream job and everyone I know wishes they had my job but my heart is still in having a place of my own. I'm hoping by using this blog I can not only write about the amazing experiences I've had and am still having traveling the world but also to track my progression on realizing my dream - opening my own restaurant. |
