| Introduction | Like so many others, my love of food comes from my mother. She was a wonderful cook and baker, and cooked our meals every day until she went back to work full-time in my pre-teen years. To help my mom out, I started cooking for my family during the week. I was fascinated with recipes and making new things. Eventually, I started experimenting on my own, and secretly have wanted to be a chef ever since! I experiment mostly on my husband, but I thought it was about time to start documenting my own recipes, trials of others' recipes, and reviews of restaurants we try. |
