| Introduction | I had been a commercial fisherman for 30 years mainly fishing the waters of Cape Jervis and Kangaroo Island. I was a hook fisherman,and mainly target Pink Snapper,Southern Calamari, Trevalley,Red Mullet,Flathead, and of course the famous King George Whiting. Now i am the proud owner of Kangaroo Island Fresh Seafoods & Takeaway, with my partner Tina. We have created a beautiful shop full of local fish from the pristine waters of K.I.
