| Introduction | Descriptions are always hard to fill out... how can you make someone know you, really know you and see who you are through a few words like "I'm from Washington and I love Italian food"? You can't really, not truly. So I will simply say that I am a writer, and a wanderlust. I seek to gain meaning about life, and from life. My heart beats strong though my soul sometimes grows weary. I want to share my moments in time... snapshots of emotions and opinions and longings... bits of truth weaved together from the stories of all of our lives... for we truly are not that different and we all share certain universal truths that bind us together in this sea called humanity. |
| Interests | I love walking in the rain and watching beautiful sunsets, clear sunny days and foggy wet days. I love the smell of coffee in the morning and soft-glowing, rain-scented candles at night. I enjoy watching a good movie and talking on the phone. I love spending time in the park with my fiance and our precious puppy, Lady. I find languages facinating, and still dream of becoming fluent in German someday (although Spanish would probably be more pratical considering my fiance speaks it). Most of all, I enjoy curling up with a mug of Chai tea (adding a hint of hazelnut cream), a good book and my diary and favorite blue pen handy... and I'll happily spend hours lost in my own world, reflecting, reading and writing. |
