Introduction	I am in my mid 30's.My girlfriend and I have a son who just turned 3 in April also.I have always enjoyed reading and learning about business, money, real estate, and personal finance.I live in North Carolina in an area called the Triad. It is made up of three cities- Greensboro, High Point, and Winston Salem.
