Introduction	Hi there! I am a Canadian-Cypriot who is learning how to make all of my family's traditional Cypriot recipes. I love to cook so I am naturally interested in learning about new recipes, but more importantly, I realised that there is a real risk that these recipes will be forgotten with time. I think it would be really sad if, in future, no one in my family was able to enjoy homemade olive oil, kapari, shoushouko, drahana, anari and many other goodies. So I have set out to learn how to make these recipes and many more myself. This blog is about my experience in learning these recipes. ... and I think that's enough about me for now! Kopiaste! xxx
