| Introduction | James Ramsden is a former brewer and brand manager for the world’s 4th largest brewery. Qualified with a diploma in brewing and distilling and a masters degree in microbiology, he spent the latter part of his career in the UK not only managing some of the UK’s top selling beer brands, but also teaching thousands of publicans and service industry workers all about beer, how to serve it and how to keep the customer happy. James has lived in Estonia for 8 years, where he used to work as the head alcohol buyer for Estonias largest retailer. After that, he ran the ever popular pub "Drink Bar & Grill", before turning his attentions to Tallinn's first craft bar "Pudel". He also runs an import company, where he brings big name brewers such as Brewdog, Mikkeller, Thornbridge, To Ol and others to Tallinn and beyond.. He's also had a beer and food book published - "Head Brit Pubiroad (Great British Pub Food), which pairs simple pub grub with classic and niche beers. |
