Introduction	The JOBS! Ministry began formal classes in May 1992. The concept arose from a realization that there were those in the church who were out of work but unable to tell anyone about their plight, let alone seek help. Some were ' dire financial distress. Others were emotionally and spiritually exhausted. The program was established to minister to their needs. It soon became clear that others who were currently employed but were seeking changes in their jobs or careers also needed assistance. Since its inception, hundreds of people have joined with the JOBS! Ministry and become part of our family.
