Introduction	I'm no chef. Not a gourmet or a foodie. I don't even think of myself as a cook. I don't cook because I like cooking, but because I like eating. So, if I have to do it, I might as well make it fun, right? That's where the beer comes in... I like simple, basic food. The recipes here will most likely reflect that and also be quite simple and basic. Nothing fancy or challenging, but hopefully satisfying and tasty.
