| Introduction | I'm currently finishing up a Master's degree at The University of Texas at Austin in journalism and Latin American studies. I was born in Lawrence, Kansas and have an unhealthy obession with Jayhawk basketball. I'm a lifelong music fan and have an award-winning radio show on KVRX called the Afro-boogaloo Soul Revue. I write and blog about music for the Austin Chronicle and Go2 Media. I love doing radio features and have contributed pieces to KUT's Texas Music Matters.
