| Introduction | My interests keep varying, but cooking and music have been my steady interests for a long time. I work full time and even after a busy day, I do enjoy cooking as much as I do listening to music. I enjoy all kinds of food and very experimental when it comes to trying new things, although my favorite being the traditional South Indian non-veg food! To me, nothing can beat the flavour of non-veg recipes made with authentic home-made masala. But I do love to prepare anything and everything that is colorful and looks fabulous on the dining table. I remember having over 400 recipes in my shelf long back. God knows how many I have now! I hope my daughter appreciates me one day :-) |
