Introduction	I came to the realization a while ago that I was not happy with who I was and where I was going. I decided it was necessary to make a change in my lifestyle, to get me where I wanted to be. This has been going on for the last 3 years, now, and I've made some great strides along the way. I am not yet to my goal, but I am so much closer to it than I ever imagined I could be. My starting weight in all of this was 230 pounds. As of today, I weigh 162. I'm not too far from my goal of 150, and I'm determined to get there.
