| Introduction | I became a certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor (RKC) in 2005. Pavel introduced kettlebells in the U.S. in 2001. My husband and I began training with KBs in 2002 and Gregg became a certified KB instructor later that year. Since then, we have taught kettlebell classes in Denver, Phoenix, Sacramento, and all around the San Francisco Bay Area. My approach to my personal kettlebell training is to keep workouts simple, efficient, and effective. I occasionally train others on the weekends and assist with Gregg’s seminars (I have a full-time career as a director of a research and evaluation team). My goals are to teach safe and proper technique, especially for people who are new to strength training or who are looking to find their Inner GRRR™! |
