| Introduction | time for a change. So in recent times i have experienced a series of setbacks in my life journey or whatever cliche you want to use. this blog has proved to be extremely therapeutic for setbacks in the past, so here we go. |

| Favorite movies | 80's films of the john hughes-brat pack persuasion, audrey hepburn films, musicals (the good ones, none of this high school musical rubbish), romantic comedy in the way of 'when harry met sally' or notting hill, most of tim burton's work, many others. |
| Favorite music | all over the place like my preferred movies. i hate describing my music tastes as 'indie' but i suppose that's what most of it is... i also enjoy cheesy 90's stuff. favorite musicians included but not limited to norah jones, francolin, georgia fair, jinja safari, the kooks, lana del ray, the preatures, planes, the box tops, stu larsen, tim hart, devendra banhart, the list goes on. |
| Favorite books | this needs to be broken down into categories but i'm too lazy. the adventures of sherlock holmes, breakfast at tiffany's, shutter island, the harry potter series, the hunger games, bridget jones diaries (both), the little lady agency, anything by jennifer weiner, a streetcar named desire, the birthday party (both of which are really plays if you want to get technical) etc |
