| Introduction | I'm a tourleader specializing in China and Russia, which means I usually work during the travel season, and have the whole winter off (yey!). I have lived in China for over 4 years, in different places, and got to know the country quite well. I speak some Chinese and my girlfriend is also from there. I lived near the J-10 base in Guilin for a while, which was cool. The coolest airplane thing I have ever experienced was a private demonstration of the Blue Angels in Leeuwarden (The Netherlands) during an airshow there. My apartment was right below their approach path. This would scare most people, but it was AWESOME to watch. Nothing seems to scare me much anymore since I have sat on a live crocodile during a performance in a zoo in Thailand. |
