| Introduction | Hi, my name is David Williams. I am the owner of Precision Property Inspections LLC. In St. George Utah. I've been in the construction industry here in St. George for the last 10 years. Several years ago I started my formal education in the home inspection industry through InterNachi. That's the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Through them I have become a Certified Home Inspector. The reason why I chose them is because Utah has no regulations for home inspectors. That means anybody can call themselves a home inspector. I felt it was my obligation to get the proper education which InterNachi provides. That combined with ten years of building custom homes, with my own hands, and also as a superintendent for one of Utah's largest home builder I feel qualifies me to give to be in the home inspection industry. |
