| Introduction | Driftwood and blackberries, sand and beach-glass. I'm enamoured of all things coastal. I'm also a bike courier, although not in this surf-town, and I can tear through traffic with rhythm and grace. I write poetry and fiction -- some about songbirds and cedar trees; some wouldn't make it over the US border. In my world I bake bread and gather hazelnuts and chase crackheads through Eastside alleys until they give me back my bike. I hang out in a hammock with a margarita, waiting for the sun to come up. It's all here in this blog. I'm coastal -- this is what I see. |
