| Introduction | I grew up in New York, but a series of moves took my family to Florida, then Michigan. Along the way I sold 3 homes for sale by owner and discovered I have a genuine knack for selling real estate. For 5 years I sold real estate in Michigan, a market hard-hit by the Recession. I worked hard, learned a lot and became one of the top-selling agents in my office. In 2009 I moved to Kirkland and joined the best real estate team I could find: Coldwell Banker Bain in Bellevue. In addition to having earned my managing broker's license, I'm an accredited home stager and work with a team to help my clients prep their homes for sale. I am a Previews Property Specialist, proficient in marketing luxury properties. I'm also a Senior Real Estate Specialist, to help meet the needs of buyers and sellers age 50+. And as a certified new home specialist, I successfully work with developers, builders, and new home buyers to achieve their real estate goals. And in 2015, I was honored to appear on an episode of HGTV's long-running program, "House Hunters," helping a family of five to find their perfect Eastside home.
