Introduction	Patrice Jenkins holds a masters degree in counseling and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology where she researched the factors that contribute to “thriving at work.”
Interests	Patrice has studied both sides of the coin--how to thrive at work and how to thrive without work (aka: retirement). She applies her research to organizational settings by helping companies design jobs and work environments that contribute to employees sense of energy, vitality, learning, and growth. Her goal is for people to “be well and do well at work.” Patrice takes many of the same principles that contribute to thriving at work and applies them to designing retirement lifestyles that are equally satisfying. Her definition of retirement is “Making yourself available to the work and play you love most--whatever that it. This may be the most important work of your life!”
